The World Tree or the Tree of Life:

our journey back to the Divine

Sacred Space and Time are interconnected

I arrived at Krabi a few days before the magical Mayan Winter Solstice date of 21-12-2012.

From my hotel room I saw the wat (temple) at the top of my main destination: the tiger cave temple. This felt like a good beginning.

I walked through the town and very soon came at a new wat, which I had not seen during other visits to Krabi. Outside was an exhibition and the first pictures I noticed were of sacred sites, energetically connected to each other. This is the main reason for going to Krabi as described in The Climax.

The next day the people of the exhibition were removing these pictures. I was just in time.

I became already exited after getting these signs. Entering the wat my attention was immediately drawn to a beautiful image of the Tree of Life or World Tree.

I stood there in awe because the connectedness, similarity and oneness, from one side of the world (the sacred Mayan World tree) to the other side of the world at Krabi (the sacred Buddhist Tree of Life), was so apparent.

I meditated and absorbed this fine decorated wat with so many meaningful murals.

Two days later, after this amazing introduction, I went to the tiger cave temple.

For several years now, Buddhists are constructing a new grandiose shrine. In front of this new shrine I found again a new Tree of Life. The implication points to the same meaning as seen in Mayan World Tree and the importance of it touched me deeply. These are sacred images where Sacred Space and Time are revealing their interconnectedness.

Wat Tham Seua (tiger cave temple) consists of several wats, meditation halls and huts. I walked into another wat and received two initiations and blessings by the monks. I was given a special wristband, and the monks told me that this wristband has been religiously blessed with the strong, magical and forceful power of Metta Bhudto Ahosi.

Afterwards I went to the natural forest enclosure, with trees of at least 1000 years old. Every time I visit that forest I feel a mystical energy. There are meditation huts and some caves with Buddha statues in this forest where people come to practice Vipassana meditation, basking in the powerful and magical energy of the forest.

I was drawn to a huge tree, in my eyes undoubtedly a representation of a living Tree of Life. I hugged the tree and meditated for some time. I felt how the tree brought the life giving energy of the sun into the earth.

The World Tree, Sacred Tree, Tree of Life or Cosmic Tree in different spiritual and mythical traditions.

An overview.

The Tree of Life is a universal symbol found in many spiritual and mythological traditions around the world. In various cultures it is known as the Cosmic Tree, the World Tree and the Holy Tree. The Tree of Life symbolizes many things, including wisdom, protection, strength, bounty, beauty, and redemption. This wise and holy Tree is like the Creator as it sustains creation with its abundant fruit, protection and generativity.

The following are some examples of how the Great Tree is understood around the world and demonstrate why so many cultures use the Tree of Life to describe the Divine and our journey back to the Divine.................

Quote from and continued in: Tree of Life teachings: Living with passion, heart & purpose.

I highly recommend this website, because it contains many interesting topics. Like Living with passion, heart & purpose. A brilliant overview of all the topics I also experience as important and published about.

For me it is an astonishing realization that this Tree of Life symbol is so powerful present in so many religions.

To give one example (not from the above website) in the Gospel of Maria Magdalena (pdf) the Tree of Life is also very significant. Maria Magdalena (Miryam) was Jesus closest disciple and perhaps even his wife. The catholic church depicted her as a prostitute. (Comment superfluous).

A part from this gospel:

42:2 “My master spoke thus to me. He said, ‘Miryam, blessed are you who came into being before coming into being, and whose eyes are set upon the kingdom, who from the beginning has understood and followed my teachings.

Only from the truth I tell you, there is a great tree within you that does not change, summer or winter, and its leaves do not fall. Whosoever listens to my words and ascends to its crown will not taste death, but know the truth of eternal life.

42:3 Then he showed me a vision in which I saw a great tree that seemed to reach unto the heavens; and as I saw these things, he said, ‘the roots of this tree are in the earth, which is your body. The trunk extends upward through the five regions of humanity to the crown, which is the kingdom of the spirit'.

.........................

42:13 And I felt my soul and all that I could see dissolve and vanish in a brilliant light in a likeness unto the sun.

Beyond 21-12-2012

As predicted before, no doomsday but an acceleration in evolving of the human race to wake up to consciousness/unity. What I also noticed is that in my life things even flow more wonderful.

Completing a cycle of human evolution and starting a new phase in ever deepening awareness

Staying on a paradise like beach on Pulau Pangkor in Malaysia I got suddenly the idea to take photos of orbs again as I had done before. Orbs are often seen around spiritual people or at sacred sites.

To my astonishment I saw not only MANY orbs on my photos but also a kind of  'light being'.

I stayed in a bungalow on the beach with at the background virgin-like rainforest. The only light that I could see was the light left on the bungalow and of course the flash of my camera.

All the other scenery has been dark. For about eighty seconds there was this very slow moving 'light being' on my photos together with many fast moving orbs. The 'light being' was clearly not regular fire, else I would have seen it and flames move much quicker anyhow.

It reminded me of the burning bush of Moses in the Sinai desert in Egypt, where I received a vision that inspired me to start this website. It felt like completing a cycle in human evolution and starting a new phase to awakening to consciousness in ever refining dimensions, as predicted by several seers.I got the insight that the orbs and the light being wanted to show to us that there are unseen powerful forces helping us to make the shift in consciousness. There is so much more then our five senses can conceive.

By gazing at the photo of the light being you can get a transmission of enlightening energy, as some people experienced.

I asked several people, who are open to such phenomena, what they perceive by looking at the close-up of the light being. Their answers were more or less the same:

It appears to be a being with a powerful transforming energy, helping us with the shift in consciousness and could be related to the sun.

In 2013 we will have a period of heightened sun activity (which occurs every 11-13 years). Also the sun is now in alignment with our galactic center. This is in synchronicity with the Mayan winter solstice in 2012.

Enjoy this recent magnificent YouTube movie of the surface of the sun Use HD and full screen.

These combined energies carry the potential to awaken to the magnificent brilliance of enlightened awareness (GAYATRI MANTRA)  to the ones who are open-hearted.

I asked also the Osho Zen Tarot to enlighten me about the meaning of these orbs - light being phenomena for the world. I pulled two cards and I got IV The rebel and the Queen of Rainbows: Flowering.

The Rebel card has an amazing lot in common with the photo of the light being. Seen from a direct comparison between the Tarot card and the photo and seen from a comparison of the energies.

This is the description of this Tarot card:

IV The Rebel

The powerful and authoritative figure in this card is clearly the master of his own destiny. On his shoulder is an emblem of the sun, and the torch he holds in his right hand symbolizes the light of his own hard-won truth. Whether he is wealthy or poor, the Rebel is really an emperor because he has broken the chains of society’s repressive conditioning and opinions. He has formed himself by embracing all the colors of the rainbow, emerging from the dark and formless roots of his unconscious past and growing wings to fly into the sky. His very way of being is rebellious — not because he is fighting against anybody or anything, but because he has discovered his own true nature and is determined to live in accordance with it. The eagle is his spirit animal, a messenger between earth and sky. The Rebel challenges us to be courageous enough to take responsibility for who we are and to live our truth.

In this description we find the fire and the sun and also two times The tree of Life, with its roots deeply into the earth and its branches reaching to the sky.

Osho mentions about the rebel card: The enlightened man is the greatest stranger in the world; he does not seem to belong to anybody. No organization confines him, no community, no society, no nation.

The Queen of Rainbows compliments this beautifully. I have written a lot about the necessity that male-female energy balances each other: Yin-Yang or Shiva-Shakti.

The quote of Osho with this card:

Zen wants you living, living in abundance, living in totality, living intensely — not at the minimum as Christianity wants you, but at the maximum, over-flowing.

Your life should reach to others. Your blissfulness, your benediction, your ecstasy should not be contained within you like a seed. It should open like a flower and spread its fragrance to all and sundry - not only to the friends but to the strangers too.

This is real compassion, this is real love: sharing your enlightenment, sharing your dance of the beyond.

The vision of an awakened Being

In essence these two messages combined gives the vision of an awakened Being, living his/her full potential. Talents which are seen now as paranormal or gifted like clairvoyance, telepathy, precognition and especially claircognizance will become more widespread.

A quote from claircognizance link:

Claircognizance is when you have an inner knowing about something or someone. When you use this sense of intuition you know what you are thinking or saying is true beyond any doubt. Many speakers, writers, artists, and inventors naturally use their gifts of claircognizance. They consciously or unconsciously tap into the divine mind for inspiration, creativity, and innovation. When you experience claircognizance, it feels as if your idea or inspiration comes from a higher source and you feel compelled to put it into action.

And so it is!

The wonderful dimension

In this  wonderful dimension in which everything happens naturally by itself, every desire is (almost) immediately fulfilled, miracles happen, abundance flows, the right people show up, doors open, healing happens and so on.

I am very happy to see that this is now also happening with some of my friends, who are of course very enthusiastic about it.

Besides daily meditation and asking for guidance, it is very important to follow your inner voice or intuition without hesitation and in full trust. According to Deepak Chopra and others intuition is the greatest force in the Universe.

Gayatri Mantra

In a flash of insight the powerful image of the World Tree or Tree Of Life with its branches into the heavens, catching the light of the sun and its roots digging deep into the earth, transformed into the Gayatri Mantra.

Every morning, back home, I started to chant a beautiful version of the Gayatri Mantra. This is an invocation of the essence of the sun (Savitur) and a request to ignite this energy (Prachodayat).

I experienced a sensation of lightness by chanting this mantra. The best way to describe this sensation is like heaven came to earth and touched me right in my heart. With the following Narayana OM chant this lightness seemed to spread all over the world quicker and quicker. A profound experience.

There are many versions of the Gayatri Mantra and I tried several, but this one uplifts me the most.

I highly recommend chanting this version of the Gayatri Mantra and Narayana OM. It are the two chants with the yellow NEW before it in the blue box below

Chanting this special version of the Gayatri Mantra and Narayana OM can be very helpful in the shift in consciousness. You can pause 10-15 minutes (or longer if you feel like) between the two mantras and watch your breath going in an out. If this helps you, you can use the mantra SoHam. So while breathing in, Ham while breathing out.

As the Gayatri Mantra prays for in the last verse:

May all beings perceive through subtle and meditative intellect,
the magnificent brilliance of enlightened awareness.

For the ones who have followed me on this Mayan Quest,

I hope you have enjoyed it and your feedback is very welcome.
